The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plslot login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. plslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your plslot wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for amounts below ₱50,000. 4.6 Dormant Accounts. 5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the plslot system. plslot reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system error, or where the bet would exceed applicable limits.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by plslot at any time.

5.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, plslot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. plslot's decision in such matters is final.

5.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on plslot, including PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, and boxing, are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any time during an event.

5.6 Winnings. Winnings will be credited to your plslot account balance promptly following the settlement of each game or betting market. plslot reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

6.1 Promotional Offers. plslot may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. plslot strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotional offers. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. plslot reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. plslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

7.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the plslot Platform:

Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by plslot. plslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. 14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and plslot arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that plslot has acted in breach of applicable Philippine gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
